The story began with me having a panic attack after realizing my "Easy Saver" account could not transfer money out into my current account when it was running very low (about to overdraft), and I happened to have an international flight leaving soon. I thought that I would have to sadly cancel the flight due to unable to solve the issue over the phone.But I was glad that I didn't do that and decided to take a leap of faith on the nearest Lloyds Bank branch to the Manchester Airport.The clean and tidy branch lied in a quiet cosy town. After entering, a modest and polite lady, Laura (Apology if I'm not spelling it correctly), welcomed me from the waiting area and patiently checked my information, which erased some of my worries after hearing her calming voice. She then professionally tried her best to communicate with the remote team about my situation for me and helped me figured out a smart temporary solution which was more than I could fancy so that I could still travel and pay without having impacts on my credit. (Though I still need to bring paperwork after I returned but if they let me do the standard way I would not have my travel possible).I'm more than grateful for her help, and I'm more than satisfied for the service standard provided by the team here.

When i first joined Lloyds this branch was usually staffed well and actually open when it was supposed to be. Now if you go here to deposit anything or talk to someone about your account etc, you will have to wait in a queue as there is never enough staff on to deal with the volume of customers.
Overall a poor experience, i have personally changed banks due to this being the case in this branch and the sale branch.
