Good selection of wine but it's the warm and welcoming service I appreciated the most. Matthew was a star - extremely helpful and friendly. He even helped me carry the wine to the car. Will certainly go back.

Wide array of bottles. There are plenty of quality wines for all budgets. If you know how to choose you can bring home a really good wine for a decent price, but what if you don't? Well, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help. Very well done guys. Can't wait to visit the shop again.

I couldn't be happier. I was politely greeted at the door with smiles which made me instantly comfortable, even though this was my first visit. The staff were well presented, approachable and clearly knowledgeable, even though my request was simple. Customer service was bespoke and excellent!

Consistently disappointing. Wanted to try a wine, got told it is "not allowed because it's not a tasting one and I can't just take anything off the shelf and open it." Then waited approx. 10 minutes at an empty till to pay. Unless you're a Cheahire housewife buying novelty gin or a wide boy businessman buying crates of Peroni you're treated like an inconvenience.
