One of the oldest British shopping chains still on the high street. Excellent clothing + food hall. Not very big as some other M&S shop, but compact ground floor and first floor. Attended the M&S cafe this afternoon and will not be returning. Rude female staff on the till.

A lot packed into a small space, good selection, generally well thought-out layout except for the fact that the children's clothing is upstairs, so everyone with a stroller has to use the lift!
