It was quick and easy to shop, but not much stock. I was a little disappointed but the staff were nice and helpful. Been back today 30/11/23 & it was totally different got what I wanted & the young lady that served me was very nice.

Amazing customer service! I bought a cage here for my Syrian hamster, unfortunately after a week he had chewed straight through it! After chatting with the online team and getting cut off, I went to branch where they already knew about my situation thanks to online, and they were very understanding and helped me exchange for a better one. Thankyou to the kind staff for their time and patience!
