This premier inn is tired decor wise, but don't let this put you off. The staff are amazing and service second to none. They couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed a week for a family reunion and had many of us at breakfast and dinner - they dealt with all our requests/requirements with no fuss. Thanks for helping make our week memorable!

Very dated and in need of refurbishment. Service on check in was brilliant but everything at the hotel closed at 9pm which is an issue and nothing else is around.

We spent the night at this Premier Inn before our flight from Manchester airport. The location is fantastic. This is not an upgraded, refurbished Premier Inn. It does not hit the new standards we are all starting to expect. It is old and it is tired and it is past its sell by date. But ? it was a wonderful stay! The rooms were warm and welcoming. The general areas were definitely from a different century, but were cared for and super clean. Even the playlist was super good! The restaurant staff worked so hard - serving a high quality breakfast to order at a ?meal deal price? that was amazing. The table staff in the restaurant utterly professional; Panayotis at dinner so eloquent and entertaining, Natasha at breakfast displaying the highest level of customer service and being simply lovely! And, the lovely woman on Reception who even posted my urgent letter on her way home. The staff all showed great pride in the Premier Inn brand - please give them due credit and our thanks for doing such a good job.

We chose this Premier inn because of it's location to Manchester Airport. We stayed overnight because it's a nice place with great parking, nice service and good food. The George and Dragon has always been a favourite of ours.We were served by a young Polish girl called Marta ,she was chatty and very hard working. One little annoying thing is that they never shout last orders, they just close.Rooms: Basic premier inn ,good view of the car from our window and comfortable.Nearby activities: Mainly Manchester Airport for us.Food & drinks: Good traditional food, tasty and hot.I was drinking Madri which went down very nicely.

I know what I'm getting with Premier Inn. Friendly check in and restaurant (adjacent George & Dragon Pub) and bar staff.

A quiet prem inn . Free parking available for guests. Attached to a pub. Great for couples.

Rooms tired by Premier Inn standards, bed was uncomfortable and not a great night's sleep as a result. Car park was also very full at all times causing difficulties parking. On the plus side the breakfast was good as was the service.

Great people, excellent service. The restaurant was short staffed the night I was there, but the server was very helpful and friendly and I didn't mind waiting a bit longet for my food. Then, the girl serving during breakfast was also very nice and effiecient too. Same with the receptiom staff, lovely ladies who were to answer any questions you may have.
