Rude delivery drivers. Block the whole car park stopping you leaving and when you explain its urgent you leave and they are causing disruption they laugh. Its not their car park it is used by many business's and blocking the entrance/exit is not acceptable.

Excellent team. Very focused and customer centred.Very helpful, not for the first time. This time I needed advise regarding buying some materials for painting. The staff made all effort to help me and saved me a third of price by buying the same products from the same brand in a cheaper price.

Wife went in to match a door handle. Took sample with her.Staff just gave her a catalog saying look in here we sell over 500 handles you can order on line.Shocking service no help just wanted to close as 15 mins to go to closing time.Screw fix so much more helpful unfortunately did not have in stock. Also chap came to return an item whilst she was there and told to come back Monday

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong part but they were happy to replace it even though I'd opened the packaging. Good selection but don't always send emails confirming online orders are ready for collection.
