This is a very friendly shop and extremely welcoming for all children.There is a great and varied selection of toys, games etc. Nothing is too much for the staff.Thank you !

Good selection of toys for all ages, staff are great and gave my lad a freeby for his birthday which he was chuffed about, little touches like that mean I will be back, manged to pick up a he man figure too so I was also chuffed

Aggressive staff. Out of the blue, staff approached us and was so rude.If you don?t like working in a toy shop or seeing children then get another job. You let the company down.Dreadful

Terrible customer service experience. They don't care about customer satisfaction, feedback or complaints. Their only motive is to sell cheap quality products and harass customer if asked for returns or exchange. Store manager is extremely rude and has his own set of rules when comes for return or exchange any products. This is one shop I would avoid going in future and recommend same to others
