Unbelievable service there was something not quite right with the back of my daughters eye the optician phoned The Eye Hospital and we were told to go immediately to be checked this was all quite scary but so glad we went got checked and sorted and she will have further investigations Brilliant service they totally did the right thing for Phoebe and were very thorough xx

The staff replaced my plastic nose bridge with silicone ! No cost smiles from all the staff. Thank you from a very happy old man with a comfortable nose.

I was shocked by the rudeness of the optometrist who served us today. They talked to us in a very patronising way as we were using our blue light discount to redeem the free eye test with the glasses. We ended up paying for the eye test without the glasses. I wouldn?t recommend using this branch if their customer service continues to be like this!!!

It's been 5years since I last had my eyes tested and as my Wife tends to shop at Tesco's Altrincham I thought I would call into VEO within the store, the service was very professional, within 5mins I had made an appointment that suited my schedule.Attending at the pre-arranged time I was seen within minutes, the Lady optician was friendly, helpful very informative and professional, pricing we all know matters,and was not extortionate , so good in fact that my Wife, Sister-in-law, and myself all purchased our new prescription glasses, great service, highly recommended.

I haven't had an eye test for two and a half years, mainly due to Covid.I was happy with the cleaning arrangements and felt comfortable with the standards of cleanliness in the treatment rooms.I felt the eye test was professionally carried out and thorough and am confident in the results.I felt that the price of new glasses has gone up considerably since last time I purchased a pair.Friendly and helpful staff.

I would quickly recommend a visit to Altrincham Vision Express. Mandy( optical assistant) and colleague were very reassuring, knowledgeable and kind. Susan the optician was also incredibly knowledgeable, has wonderful customer focus and knows her area of expertise inside and out. I felt valued and that my optical health was their priority. I didn't feel pressured in any way. All tests were explained and rationalised. I would happily return and recommend. ?

Excellent customer service at Altrincham Branch. Mandy M and the Optician H were extremely helpful and professional. There was no time limit for me to choose glasses (unlike some high street opticians) and I was allowed to browse and try on various glasses at my leisure. Highly recommend this branch of Vision Express
