I recently purchased Honda civic with high hopes and excitement. However, my experience quickly turned sour when the car broke down within a week of ownership. It's incredibly disappointing to invest in a vehicle only to have it fail so soon. This unexpected breakdown not only inconvenienced me but also raised concerns about the overall quality and reliability of the car and now there is a problem with the back door as it?s not opening from inside .

As new comers to UK, we know absolutely nothing in UK car purchase. Colin Appleyard LTD not only delivered their excellent services professionally (such as explained the car specs, told us what documents were needed, gave price with detailed breakdown, took videos of the cars and emailed us during our selection process, etc.) when we were still aboard, their colleagues (especially John Crichton) are so kind and enthusiastic to walk us through and kept us updated all the time about the whole process, which have given us "peace of minds" so that we can care free about the purchase and still can get our beautiful Suzuki once we arrived UK! Thanks John, Dean, Amanda!I definitely will shop again when I need another car, come back for services, and recommend Colin Appleyard to my friends and you if you are reading this.Definitely 15 out of 10 if I can score it. 5 stars is not enough~

I recently visited Suzuki Colin Appleyard in Ashton-under-Lyne for a recall service, and I must say, the entire experience was outstanding.From the initial phone call, where they took the time to explain the recall process and schedule a convenient time for me, to the follow-up email that not only reiterated the details but also suggested exploring another car to potentially save money ? the communication was top-notch.When I arrived, I was welcomed by Josh Barton, who not only proved to be highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and open. He took the time to discuss the recall details with me and even offered me a cup of fresh coffee. Josh, along with Dean, guided me through the possibility of saving money on my plan by showing me another car. They were extremely supportive, providing a personal car tour video for me to review at home.The service extended to the reception as well, where the staff were not only friendly but also created a warm and natural atmosphere. Their interactions with each other reflected a positive working environment, contributing to an overall pleasant experience.I am genuinely impressed with the exceptional service I received at Suzuki Colin Appleyard. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!Luke

Despite the not so pleasant experience of purchasing a car from here my dad referred a friend to your Huddersfield branch, as Suzuki is a reputable car manufacturing, they just have the misfortune of working with a showroom that employs staff who are both rude and unpleasant to interact with. For referring someone my dad was supposed to get a referral bonus, I have been chasing this for months now out of principal, since July. Amy treats me as if I don?t know what I?m talking about and lying about things she?s said to me and has made my dad feel belittled and like an inconvenience due to him not being fluent in English, hence me dealing with any issues, sadly every time I have called I have the misfortune of having to speak to her since she was the one who sold my dad the car and for some reason no one else is willing to deal with anything. I last rang asking to speak to a member of the manager team and I was told the manager would call me back that day, this was on 24th October.It is incredibly frustrating having to constantly get in touch as I do have a job and can?t spend every day calling and asking people to fulfil their promises to their customers.If I could give 0 stars I would.
