This guy with the glasses on was such a nice dude he fully understood whats my problem was..(which was to remove some chain strap of my smart watch off in order to make it smaller so that it fits me ) and he did exactly that . He is an aseset to your company in Ashton . H&S Sameul is a perfect shop for you to go and fix things. Thank you

Fantastic service by a woman called Lisa ( I think, I should have asked her name ) made a return that I bought online then tried on many products. Made a purchase and had the links taken out there and then. I don?t really do reviews unless extremely satisfied or dissatisfied so this says a lot

I was served by Lisa today who helped me to get 2 silver necklaces for my neices for Eid. Lisa was very friendly, down to earth and understood what I had in mind. I can?t fault the staff in here as they?ve always shown good customer service and care so props to the staff at H. Samuels in Ashton, keep up the good work!

Bought new watch after damaging my watch at work. Staff did not help setup new watch when Bought. Not able to setup time and date on new digital watch. Returned two hours later for full refund.Very poor initial level of service. Returns process was very good.

Fantastic customer service by Ann in the Ashton branch when I was looking for an engagement ring. Couldn't be more helpful and went above and beyond to make sure i had the perfect ring in time for going on holiday. Will definitely use again

Jewelry is not as good as it used to be watches are brilliant still also have a Harry potter range of jewelry now very expensive but not bad all round I suppose nice to get little memory Jewelry and memory books etc it's been their for a long time now I think it could do with a revamp....
