Staff member so far from polite , I understand everyone has a bad day but this woman was just straight up nasty , after asking for delivery and being told the day before that all I needed was a my postcode as I didn?t have a card she went in a huff telling me I was wrong and who ever I spoke was wrong too like it?s my fault her staff member had told me the wrong information, she then made me resign up and then refused to help my 85 year old gran bag any of the products as I put her shopping trolley away , I think she needs refreshing in how to talk and react to customers

Still use iceland for my shopping but have noticed recently prices creeping up, however their still good value for money with a range of frozen and fresh food of excellent quality and best of all free delivery when I spend over £25. Prices have increased recently.

I have been in this evening. Things was easy to find.BUTMy experience wasn't good. There I have an issue with prices.Because I have some gift cards for my kids to spend. I was calculating as I was taking every single item with in basket with it's price shown on shelf. But when I went on counter there was different prices on with difference of 50 pence on 5 items. Which is not good. May I couldn't find if I wasn't calculating on my cell phone's calculator. So I will be careful next time.
