I can't recommend Jon highly enough. When we booked a holiday to Jersey recently which had to be cancelled due to the collapse of Flybe he personally undertook to get our refund back with absolutely no hassle. He's very professional, courteous, customer-orientated and understands your every need that we would have no hesitation using him again. In fact he's organising our next trip and I have every confidence in him. In these days of DIY travel on the internet (which is supposed to be easy but isn't especially when things go wrong) it's so refreshing having a personal travel agent do all the work for you!

I met Jon several years ago on a Princess cruise and since then, he?s been a very good travel agent for me; fast, friendly service and good value. I have had to defer then cancel a cruise due to husband?s health, but he?s managed to get me back onto the ship on a different date when I could start cruising again. He was helpful, sorted my cruise problems out and stayed in touch.

Jon fletcher has in the past found my husband and I a great deal on our holiday.,nothing is to much trouble for him and I would go as far as to say that he even goes that extra mile!My husband and I would recommend Jon to anyone.......Great customer service and all done with a smile.
