I understand the very positive reviews now. They provided a super fast, friendly and no-nonsense service, enough choice of frames and very reasonable prices.I broke my glasses and needed new, like yesterday, because mine (from a big trusted brand) were being held together with superglue after failing after 6 months of daily use. Called in advance with my prescription and they confirmed they could be made up quickly. I was astounded when they provided glasses after 20 mins. I understand it won't be the same for all, but I am a very satisfied customer. Just awesome ?

Lovely bloke, friendly &, helpful, good product knowledge, plenty of frames to choose from at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone to visit there.

I only give 5?? reviews to places that deserve them. I had my Ted Baker glasses repaired by this company. They said could they could take 5/7 days to repair. 5 days to the day I received a phone call to say they were ready for collection.The repair was perfect. Thank you to Brian and Gary. Highly recommended.

What a service that was ! Old mate told me I could pick my glasses up day after. He rang me after about two and half hours and told me there ready. And I can see for the first time in years. (Hadn?t been to an optician for a while) 100% recommended!

Was told I needed varifocals and quoted a silly price by a well known High St. Opticians. Sourced a good quality designer frame online and they fitted excellent quality lenses.Ended up getting 3 pairs made for less than the cost of a single pair elsewhere. Very happy with the quality.The chap there is very knowledgeable, took measurements and gave good advice. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Don't normally do reviews but in this case needs must!. Had my Hugo Boss glasses fitted with new lenses by these guys after a recent check up.Like another reviewer i was told by my optician, the ones that sold me them for a good few hundred quid said that they could not replace the lenses.My wife put me onto these guys, she uses them all the time, outstanding price & service. Would not hesitate to you these guys again.

Can not recommend these guys highly enough! They make the impossible possible. Had several pairs of Versace and Armani frames reglazed here after the opticians that I originally purchased from said they couldn?t do it. Perfect service, perfect customer service, nothing is to much trouble for them, now my whole family use them.

I had my non prescription Tiffany sunglasses made into my varifocal prescription (the company said it was not a problem and they could do it). The prescription is great, however, the glass does not fit into my frame and rather than the frame arms sitting straight l__l they look like \___/ Completely impractical as they don't fit on my face and cost me £210! I have taken to other opticians and they have advised the work should not have been done as the prescription glass would never have fit.

Had to go for the 2 yearly eye test, but decided not to go back to one of the leading high street opticians due to there constant spam messages via email & phone.I also wasn't aware by law you could just pay for the eye test and ask for a prescription even if the test is free, and have the option to shop around.So I did a Google search for opticians in my area and came across many sites offering really cheap deals, then decided to check the reviews on Trustpilot, and quite a few customers were not happy with the quality or the waiting time before and after they received there glasses.It seems a lot of the online and high street opticians are importing the frames and having the lenses made in china, that?s fine if you are lucky but, if there is a issue then it seems you will have to wait a further 2-3 weeks to get the problem rectified.This company caught my attention as it was only a couple of miles away and they have there own in house lab-technicians and do everything on site, so I decided to give them a call, to my surprise there frames started at a very competitive price and there were many to choose from, and the turn around was days not weeks..My only disappointment was not with this company, but the fact I did not know about them sooner, and quite honestly I cannot praise them highly enough. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend ..
