I visited the dentist today and seen a new dentist by the name of Nathan. He was very pleasant, approachable and professional. He did a deep clean assisted by a fellow colleague which resulted in great results with little to no pain. It?s natural to feel anxiety with new dentists but Nathan is very friendly and reassuring. The lovely brunette lady at reception(sorry for my not putting a name to the face) booked me back in who has always been nice in all the years I?ve visited the practice. Your all an asset to our community. Thanks for your efforts.

My personal suggestion is, if you are paying from your pocket then choose this clinic, if your kids needs dental appointments with nhs support avoid them. We are waiting for more than 6 months and hasn?t received any appointment and still in waiting list, when I reached them?

I've been a patient here for yrs.Very clean professional practice.Reception girls are friendly .They phone you the day before to remind you of appointment.My dentist is amazing very patient with me as I'm a nervous patient .

The best dentist surgery I've ever used from the professional and welcoming front of house staff to the excellent and attentive treatment from Memma and her team. First class service every time for both myself and my 3 year old son.

Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, always talks to you and addressees you by name, same as dentist she is friendly talks to you explaining everything, I am a coward when it comes to dentist but she is so nice put you at ease, would recommend this practice

Avoid this place like the plague. I was an NHS patient here in 2020. Felt very judged when I admitted to the dentist that I was on a really tight budget at the time, I needed a number of fillings and went into debt to pay the money over. She claimed she "didn't know if my teeth could even hold fillings, so would need to put temporary fillings in first" (truth is that she put temporary fillings in because once they would need replacing, I'd have to pay the amount out again so she gets double the money out if me) it's 3 years later and those temporary fillings have only now started to fail, amazing for teeth so fragile that she didnt know if they could even hold fillings.... eye roll here!I've left this practice because if she had just put the permanent fillings in rather than trying to get more money out of me, I wouldn't be in the situation I'm in now. The nurses were great but the dentist had a terrible bedside manner. I was supposed to have another appointment that I'd already paid out £30 for when lockdown happened, so they've had that money off me too. I've never felt so judged and scammed as this place made me feel. Shame because nurses and receptionist were lovely but the dentist leaves a LOT to be desired.

Was booked in within 24 hours of contacting and greeted by exceptionally polite staff. I had a tooth extraction and can honestly say I didn?t feel a thing! The team kept me fully informed throughout the consultation and provided me with options around my care plan. Wish I had registered here years ago! Would definitely recommend

Very friendly and professional reception staff who always make me feel welcome and like I am known to them rather than just another patient. The dentist is the same and I always leave feeling like I've been thoroughly checked and treated. Great dentists all round.

Today I went for a check up and the dental surgeon says that my teeth are fine, the staff are very kind and helpful too and It is very clean and tidy, as always every time that I go there.
