Just popped into this Screwfix, have used a many times. And yet again, today the service was exceptional. Huge queue, they dealt with everyone with efficiency and speed. They didn't have what I needed, but searched other stores for me, allowed me to pay and reserve at other store. Brilliant. Dealt with the manager, forgot his name! But definitely use and recommend!

Great customer service, I went to the shop at 5.57 pm just 3 minutes before the closing and they provided all the staff I needed, I am very happy with the service specially on the 2nd January when the roads are empty for bank holiday. The guy called Tom is a gem on this branch.

Screwfix is a lifesaver. Open seven days for those jobs that happens at the least convenient time. You can check online if what you want is in stock and whilst not always the very cheapest any small extra is worth it for the convenience.

Worst experience in a Screwfix yet over 20 mins wait to get 2 boxes of screws and a shootbolt ...5 tills one member of staff on them, and one woman running about wondering what to pick. Avoid it's a nightmare, clearly not a Screwfix issue as I've used plenty of other branches without issue.
