AVIOD?The meal I had wasn?t even one star worthy. Just finished work and was really hungry so we came here for a nice meal. Normally love TGI?s but this definitely wasn?t the case. We placed our order (table of two) and waited. And waited. And waited until it finally arrived. There was only around 3 other tables waiting for food at this point. I had the chicken pasta and it arrived cold. I could see it sitting on the pass for a while. I mentioned I didn?t want to send it back (wait time) but wanted to let them know it was cold. The manager came over and said she could take it to the kitchen and they can heat it up by tossing it with the sauce left in the pan. I was shocked with this statement and said no. I ate the four pieces of chicken it came with and left the pasta. I also ordered fries which didn?t turn up and after waiting until my friend had finished their meal I said to the waiter please can you cancel them. The kitchen didn?t even look like they had even started. The waiter came over and said sorry for your service this evening? and gave us our bill. I paid £25 for a piece of chicken? most definitely won?t be coming here again.

Sat in to eat food with my family, made sure to tell them my partner was pregnant so all food needed to be thoroughly cooked, we then proceeded to order starters which we waited a while for, and our main meals, again specifying that the food HAD to be cook all the way through as it can harm the baby, the waiter assured us she would make all staff aware and the cooks too to ensure we were not receiving inedible food, the staff then dropped our starters, having us wait even longer, the manager come out to us and tell us they will have to re cook everything, which was understandable, we then received our mains with my partners food being severely undercook even though we had stated that the food had to be cooked all the way , for them to tell me that they can either re cook the food or place the food back on the grill , so instead of waiting we opted to cook the same food more, for it to still be pink in the middle after being cooked twice ! They then told us they could cook it again for a 3rd time to which I said no I don?t want it as it was already burnt but not cooked ? I then complained and the manager said she will offer 10% and to take the food that was inedible off the bill after me stating that my unborn child could have been harmed due to their incompetence.Dietary restrictions: They don?t comply with dietary restrictions

4 of us had the bottomless brunch on Saturday, 2 til 4 ? 2 opted for the cocktail upgrade for an extra £10 ? the manager informed the upgrade had to be everyone or not at all, there was nothing in the T&Cs anywhere to confirm this and when we pointed this out to the manager we were told ?that?s just the way it is? ? she did back down and let two of us take the cocktail upgrade, so thank you for that.TGI need to make it clear regarding the upgrade, having to argue your point with a manager isn?t a great way to start your brunch.We will avoid the brunch in futureJan 2023 Had a poor email reply basically saying the rule is EVERYONE on the brunch has to pay for the upgrade ? Rule but no T&C?s ?. Reply was about as helpful as the visitVery poor

We had a lovely meal at TGIs to celebrate our daughter?s first birthday. We were served by Tasniya who was incredibly friendly throughout and she provided great customer service. She was at the door on the host stand when we arrived, and greeted us with a lovely friendly smile which is always the best start to a visit.The food was really nice! It took a tad longer to arrive than I?d have expected as the restaurant wasn?t super busy, but the food was piping hot and incredibly fresh so I don?t mind waiting when the food is so good.Thank you for looking after us this evening.

Your enjoyment of the place will very much depend on if you like all the others I guess.We went as a big group. The food was nice but the chicken burger for example is not worth any where near the price. Neither were the rest of the portions. Found the prices to be ridiculous to be honest. £10 for a little prosecco is ridiculous.If they knocked a fiver off everything it would probably be about rightAlso found some ice cream tub plastic in our sundae.Waiter was nice but clearly had too much to do.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.We like the brand and usually the food and service are excellent. Not at this branch due to the staff, who could hardly be more unhelpful. We were abandoned for 30 mins, never offered more than one drink and the attitude of those serving us was very poor. They also ran out of fries (!) and had no milk to make hot drinks.We paid a lot of money for a very disappointing experience.

family of 4, ordered meals asked for a plain burger for my daughter came out with all the trimmings, i asked for the steak to be done rare and upgraded fries, came out no upgraded fires and when i asked the waiter his response was just oh! asked another waiter who said would find out, cut into my steak and it was well done not rare, asked for another steak, 15 minutes later my family had finsihed thier food and i was still waiting! ended up cancelling my meal and had nothing, manager was usless at best sorry about that and ive given you a discount. sorry but not good enough

Despite not being too busy, the wait staff seemed keen to ignore our table, as though we might stay and spend more money. It took far too long to even get a drinks order taken, by which time we were ready to order food, but they had to go and come back to do that order?Expensive for a once popular affordable chain

Had to downgrade food to take into account the extortionate cost (£20 for a burger) service consisted of showing us a table and taking order and bringing bill. A lot of restaurant come round and ask are you enjoying the food or if you need more drinks but on this occasions they all seemed to be in the kitchen.

Disappointed after a meal here this evening as a party of 12. My meal had been forgotten and when it eventually arrived it looked like it had been thrown on the plate. My meal was also served without a side and this was not rectified. So I spent £18 on a chicken quesadilla. I left disappointed and hungry.The food which was served was of decent quality for a chain restaurant.

A group of 6 adult friends went on a Tuesday evening in December to celebrate a birthday, the staff were short staffed and run off their feet, waited ages to be served, no fault of servers, food took longer than normal to come, it arrived cold and stale, the restaurant was icy cold due to a broken boiler.All round bad meal out, thankfully the company was good.

Food was appalling this evening.Very long wait for starters and mains.Sirloin steak tasted burnt and acrid, was cold on arrival to the table, pepercorn sauce was over watered down, the mushroom was shrivelled and inedible.Seasame chicken, the sauce was clearly burnt and unpalatable.Some 7 mins later the other meal ordered finally arrived to the table. Tbf that burger was ok.Wont be visiting again anytime soon. £67 to go home hungry. (Cost of steak and chicken main was removed after complaining thank goodness. £110 would have really infuriated me)

Food was really good albeit £23 for ribs. The thing that annoyed me was that the server keeps coming over and disrupting myself and my husband's conversation. She just dropped the desserts on the table and 5 mins later she came over and asked if we were finished, I literally had a bite of my brownie - there were still 3 brownie slices on the plate. Then I was on a phone call shortly and she came over again asking about something, I wasn't paying attention due to the important nature of the phone call. All in all, this particular waitress came maybe around 4 times asking for 'are you all done', 'do you want the bill', 'are you paying by card', whilst I was on the phone and mid conversation! (minus the lovely lady that sat us down and helped us with ordering our food).

We booked online for a table for 3 adults & 1 baby. We arrived at the restaurant and was greeted by a lady who placed us on a nice big round table with plenty of room for the newborn babies pram. Sophie was our waitress and she was a lovely girl. We ordered £5 cocktails x 2, 1 x milkshake & 1 coffee. Drinks came very quickly and the cocktails looked great.We waited about 15 minutes for food to come. The food came and it all looked good. Well presented and nice portion sizes. The only negative I have was about the New York Strip. Very over priced for a small piece of sirloin steak, 1 half tomato, 1 mushroom and little paper bag of fries. Disappointed. In total our meal came to £130 and I do believe we could of got better value for our money elsewhere. We asked for our bill and Lucy was very lovely who took our payment.Overall experience- staff Sophie & Lucy 10/10.Food 7/10. Felt it was over priced.Other observations I had - the restaurant was cold as the air conditioning was on full blast.There seemed to be lots of staff but the restaurant was empty and it was a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Shame really.Our table was positioned right near the cooking station and I noticed even though there was lots of staff standing or sitting around doing nothing. Food was sat on the heat plate for ages until 1 poor girl was running back and forth delivering it.Also the 2 young lads cooking probably need to speak to each other and get there timings right with the food as I noticed plates would sit there for a least 10 minutes until the whole order was complete.Kid-friendliness: I had my 6 week old new born baby and a pram. We was given a lovely big table with plenty of room for the pram

Just had an absolutely brilliant dinner here! The service was exceptional from the minute we walked in. They had balloon animals being made by servers and nothing was too much trouble. We took the granddaughter and they made her feel like a little star! The food was super tasty and we all polished it off! We'll be back very soon with the rest of the family!Dietary restrictions: We were asked if we had any allergiesParking: Upwards of 100 parking spacesKid-friendliness: The servers went above and beyond to make our granddaughter happy. Balloon animals and proper conversations. They had all the time to make her feel wonderful and it was very much appreciated.
