Went in today for the first time as I normally book myself on line and I have to say the ladies in there could not have been more helpful! 2 hours of searching, phoning and checking other resorts but they were so patient. Got a great deal eventually that
I could never have got.. thank you ladiesð??

Booked a holiday with this branch to go to zante,4 days before we were due to go checked passports to find our 6 year olds passport was out of date, in a panic rang the passport office and booked an appointment for the next day but was told it could take upto 7 days to return. Realise this was our fault completely i then rang this branch and all 3 occasions when calling and pleading with them i was told that if we missed our flight out our holiday was gone. We offered to pay for flights out later if we missed it but was told no. After calming down later that night i went on thomas cook web site and spoke to someone online using there chat facility and was given a phone number for there duty office , rang the number and within 2 minutes the whole issue was resolved. I was told that what i had been told was completely wrong. Went on holiday 2 days later had a great time no thanks to the ashton branch.

They are cheat people. My holidays had been changed twice. They don't care about customer. All I heard "it's not my fault".
