I went to sell an old phone after previously being given a low offer at cash generator. CEX staff handled the situation very professionally and I was made to feel like a valued customer. They were completely honest with me and told me the amounts and what was losing me money. They needed around an hour to test the devices and once I returned they gave me a fair price of over 100 and even renewed my account with them. Overall good customer service”
