After hearing noises in the loft at night I looked for a reputable pest control online, after reading ProStop reviews I decided to call and make an appointment. Chris arrived and went into the loft to see there was rat activity, I was really upset, but after talking to Chris about rat behaviours and that it might not be an infestation, I was instantly comforted. Having used a pest control company previously and had a man turn up throw some bait down and leave, I was really pleased I opted to use ProStop, Chris is good at explaining everything and making you feel it?s not as bad as you instantly think. The problem was resolved within 3 visits because it was a lone rat, and we have been able to find the place of entry which is great. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend ProStop. Pest control is much more than chucking bait down.

Discovered 2 wasps nests on my roof this morning. After a quick Google, I discovered ProStop Pest Control. I dropped a quick enquiry on their website, and literally 10 minutes later Chris was at my house eradicating the nests. Strongly recommended this service.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

So happy I decided to contact Chris to treat wasps in my roof. Treatment was effective straight away and haven't seen any wasps in the area since. Will definitely use again if we have any other problems and would 100% recommend.

We had a potential wasp nest in our attic and after looking at several pest control services was very encouraged with the reviews on ProStop. When I called Chris at 9pm in the evening despite being only a couple of days from Christmas weekend, he arranged an appointment to attend the following day, arrived promptly and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. He found 2 nests , did his stuff and took the nests away.Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process from start to finish. It is easy to see this family run company is very customer focused, are competitively priced and have high standards. Cannot recommend this company enough! Chris came out to our property really quickly after the first call and was extremely knowledgeable, not only in getting rid of the pests but also advising on how to stop them returning.
