We went to get a student account, a lady was helping us and took us upstairs to get identified and we gave her passport, proof of location basically everything. She told us barclay isnt ideal which we became very confuse why she would say that considering we only have barclay and lloyds. She constantly kept saying our passport was invalid and that she couldnt accept it. Ignorant enough she kept cutting me off and wouldnt explain anything. After 15 minutes she just got up and left, didnt say anything like ?we are done? nothing! Just left us at the table! Ignorant woman and then had the nerve to walk up to her coworkers and start to laugh! You should start to have behavioural meetings and conduct about how you treat customers because it is rude.

In a small queue for 30 minutes. Only one kiosk open but 3-4 staff members sat chatting amongst themselves and one of them was scrolling on their phone. Needs a second kiosk set up for someone to jump on when a queue is moving slowly.

bunch of ignorant with uncivilized behaviour issues ,maybe mental issues who's know. uneducated, unethical way of dealing with customers, with a ego on face as an expression that some how she/he doing this for you as free services, like they are she/he are not been paid for this for years and you are one of homeless alien in their charity work for some food and shelter. but the funny part , they don't know their job and don't know how to handle thing or deals with it. its like you go for circus show and that clown start its performance doing its act try to make you laugh but some how , she/he don't succussed in that.

Terrible service every single time would not recommend, staff do not listen and are very arrogant messed me around and in the end I was right. It will not be a problem finding a better bank

Used to be a good bank. But ever since COVID hit, their customer services is terrible! From staff to the branch closing earlier! They really need to significantly improve otherwise it won't be long before this branch closes. I mean they're already half way there by closing at 3! A Bank tha doesn't even work normal business hours!

Have been in two Friday on the trot to with draw money for builders and the older lady at the cash counter is not very pleasant at all, oviously had bad experiences with builders or just doesn't like having to work. Glad I don't have to ask for my money often.

My 70yr old father had his bank cards swallowed by the machine. He went into to branch at 2.10pm this afternoon to withdraw money. Only to be told NO because he was 10 mins late. Absolutely disgusting. Staff should ba ashamed of themselves. My dad has had to borrow money so he can eat tonight..SHAME ON YOU BARCLAYS BOLTON..

I needed to have a couple of documents certified and went to the Bolton branch for some assistance. Everyone was helpful and friendly, especially Beverley who attended to the matter quickly and efficiently and with a big smile.

Repeated blocked account. No one willing to take responsibility in branch. Having to repeatedly prove your ID to unlock account Unable to use your account to make purchases Have I said enough to warn you NOT to take out an account this lot of rogues???
