One of the most welcoming Betfred I've come across. Staff that smile, say hi, bye etc and never sit ignoring customers like others nearby whilst moaning to each other!! (I ain't naming areas though!!) Keep smiling in there guys ?

They let there customers play faulty machines knowing they are not paying properly in an attempt to take punters for everything they have and refuse to put the machine right
