Went in to the subway area and after waiting almost 10 minutes to be served (the staff were there, just ignored us and didn't say a thing to us) we asked for what we wanted only to be told they don't have. Wouldn't mind but we were waiting for no reason and I could blatantly see the items we wanted right in front of us. Rather than argue with what is clearly people who don't care about their custom just decided to leave. Won't return there again and would not recommend

Went in to pick up a few things. No staff members were wearing masks, manager withheld my goods until my payment went through then threw it at me. Went to leave and the door wouldn't open, so I asked for help, no response. I asked louder, one staff member notices and ignores. So I ask directly at another member and she looks at me like I have 3 heads, another member notices, looks me in the eyes and starts laughing at me, all while other people try to come in and believe the shop is closed, walking away. Awful shop with overpriced items and downright offensive staff, avoid at all costs.

COVID INSECUREI stopped to fill up and noticed two people in the shop and the attendant not wearing masks. I went to the Night Pay window to avoid going in. The attendant refused to let me pay this way and pointed for me to go in. His screen was open at all sides. Then I told him I did not feel comfortable his attitude for less than concerned. A dangerous environment. My 4month old could not meet her Grandma who died on Friday because of this disease. I will avoid this place in future.

BP Bridgeman Place is in Bolton town centre, a short walk away from the bus/rail station. They have a small shop which as a Subway inside, and a coffee machine as well as Amazon Lockers, so the overall facilities is OK. Petrol is a tad expensive here, pretty common for BP, I did find the petrol prices weren't as bold and obvious and the sign outside was much smaller than most other petrol stations, I didn't notice it at first anyway. Prices are also high in the outlets and the store. I wasn't impressed with the service either, a man who worked in the service station seemed to come over and shout over me in a foreign language to talk to the Subway staff, I get they're bored as it was a quiet day but they seemed to wait until a customer was actually there in order to shout, and it left me feeling rather uncomfortable. There wasn't much of a parking area for people who just wanted to go to Subway or go into the store without getting petrol, without feeling like getting in the way. I do find it strange that on the websites of businesses located here including Subway and Amazon Locker, they call it "Shell Bridgeman Place", my only guess is that this was recently a Shell garage before being converted over to BP, it still was pretty confusing as I was expecting a Shell Garage here. 3* - OK, the location in the town centre is handy, as well as housing a poor Subway branch but still one of the few non-halal stores in the area.

It's grossly overpriced and the staff have no idea what the shop stocks. But it does have a Subway counter which is usually staffed by people who can speak English reasonably well, which has to qualify as a plus point.

Very convenient fuel station, lots of items on sale if you need a top up shop, plus the subway there does a good beefy sandwich at a decent price
