Went to CURRYS looking for a new laptop. Reasonable selection but I had to search for an assistant and when I found one, they didn't seem very interested and product knowledge wasn't the best. I didn't buy!!!

Went to collect an order i placed online, once you get to the store you follow the instructions on the email and they are supposed to bring the goods to your car, after waiting 25 mins i get asked if the order was in another name or if i was at the correct store, i showed the email i recieved this morning, after waiting 50 mins i get told my order has been collected but they cant say when only that its been collected, they knew i got an email today to say i need to collect my order so not sure how my order has been collected. I have been told i have to call customer services to locate my order which i have paid in full. Hard work!

Car phone warehouse is situated inside Currys. I've bought a couple of phones from them and both were reasonably priced. There is a back up service but as yet I've never needed it.

The que to go in was very long and once in the staff member was not helpful and it seemed she just wanted to get rid of you, not a pleasant experience!!!

I went in to Curry's or what ever the main shop was called it had camera's that's what I was going to get a good camera but just had a little look at the phones mobile ones I saw all the iPhones and Samsung ones then saw the Huawei mobile phones and I was talking about a camera the man said the camera on this phone was better than the cameras in my price range so no brained then got the news none in stock then a chap came from another section of the shop carphone werehouse he said we have them in stock and same price so I said fine sorted out insurance details and things 2 mins later I had my new phone and it's the best I've had picture quality and more importantly the video quality amazing coz the main shop had me walking to different people to ask them just passing me about the little carphone werehouse shop sorted it in 2 mins no messing around and all the info aswell so I got what was right for me not trying to get more money so I will go back to them on my next upgrade or phone covers protection tech awesome shop 10/10 ð??

The single staff member was excellent .Unfortunately i waited over one hour and it is clear more staff was needed . If your in a hurry try somewhere else .The single staff member 5 star .

Reserved an item online and went to collect it within a couple of hours only to find it wasn't there waiting for me upon arrival. The girl behind the counter then took 10 minutes to actually find it!! May as well have walked in off the street and got it myself. Absolutely useless.
