“The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in just before closing and they still helped amazingly and went above and beyond. Usually staff would be quite tired and unhelpful but not the case here.”

“Very convenient.Operates over social hours, even on a Sunday from 7am till 22:30. Really pleasant staff and the location is easily accessible with premium products available at a slightly higher price. But really nice shopping experience here and disabled facilities offered including close range parking and staff assistance for carrying the shopping to the car.”

“The staff are always very friendly and helpful, although they sometimes lack knowledge of the stock available in store. That said, the range of products stocked is phenomenal for such a small store. I would have given it 5 stars except that they don't stock one single item from the Tesco Value range.It also has to be said that most of the staff have a very irresponsible attitude to the sale of alcohol; they are perfectly ok with selling spirits to people who are already so drunk they can barely stand straight, never mind walk a straight line.”

“Usual format for a Tesco Express at a petrol station. Product availability is a bit hit and miss here and many products associated with Tesco stores are not available. This is an Esso site and petrol is more expensive than usual Tesco and other supermarket petrol stations. Petrol at the Morrison's in Bolton Town Centre, a little over a mile away is around the 106p mark whereas here it is 110p.”

“Sainsbury's is such a good supermarket with safe Covid measures and cheap deals. Sainsbury's is joint 1st place in my favourite supermarkets. Plus my sister always pecks for sweets and they do these big sweet packets. They only supermarket that is just as good is Tesco. Which is my other fave supermarket. So. To recap. Sainsbury's or should I say. Sainsbury's Local is a great lil supermarket. They have some strict Covid measures also and have some great deals. This is a great place to do some small food shopping for in the week. I highly recommend shopping here. As long as ur not after too much. If that is the case then just go up to Tesco Extra in Middlebrook. Ok Ive covered pretty much everything. That's it.”

I’ve not been able to get to the shops, getting abit low on a couple of things, in particular, pasta, for the fussy eating son. Anyway the husband pops in tonight, you didn’t have any, granted not the end of the World, however your shop assistant very kindly gave him the bag of pasta she’d bought for her own family! “Would of give 5 stars but when I went in you had microwave curry but no naan bread, so for the lack of naan bread I’m taking one star away. Great staff though always lovely will return in hope you have naan bread at the same time as curry!!!!!”
