Shocking customer service! Bought 3 rolls and one doesn't match up with the other 2 rolls. Asked for a refund for one roll as pattern is clearly mismatched and was bluntly told no its your hanging skills that are the problem. Avoid this company like the plague!!!!

I had a great experience with this company I bought 10 heat saver papers off them and one tub of adhesive ,, the adhesive was obviously damaged in transit but they sent another out straight away next day so to me this was great customer service I woud definitely recommend and will use this company in the future A1

The guy James called me to sort a delivery issue. He was helpful as initially the person on messenger. From there it?s down hill. I open 2 rolls of paper they are damaged constant repeating fault down one side. They don?t respond to emails period I have faulty rolls and I?m now wasting my time waiting for a reply? They accept returns if un opened? How would I know a roll is faulty without opening it ? Seriously someone just refund me 2 rolls ! Phone doesn?t work so why show it on website? Probably would have lots calls ? Sort your response times out don?t say same day reply when it obviously isn?t !As of today 4 days no reply !! We?ll done you no replies to FAULTY WALLPAPER no refund offered get a grip ha ha of your customer service I?ll buy elsewhere

My order didn't arrive for 4 weeks ? I contacted customer service via email as I couldn't get in touch with them on the phone and they didn't help me at all they just kept saying it will be sent soon I asked for refund so I can buy somewhere else as i wanted to do decorating with my time off work but they said no. It was finally dispatched 25 days to be exact after I made the order and the wallpaper was very poor quality and didn't look it did on their pictures it was extremely thin and kept ripping I have ended up buying more from somewhere else which was much better and a lot cheaper but I already wasted my money with them and they didn't offer any compensation for my experienceGowallapaper you should be very ashamed of yourself, I have never dealt with such a bad company and your customer service was very rude to me!

Went above and beyond to get the wallpaper I ordered delivered as soon as possible. I lost some rolls which I ordered previously and my decorator was due to arrive after being booked in for several weeks. Super friendly. Will definitely be ordering from Go Wallpaper again

Ordered wallpaper and 2 tubs of adhesive paste. The seal was broken on one of the tubs and some of the adhesive had come out. I was advised there was nothing they could do about this as it was fine to use, refused to collect and refund. Be aware if you receive your items damaged they will not do anything about it. Poor customer service, I had to do a charge back on my credit card. Would not order from here again.

Bought insulation panels, both packs the corners are damaged on where they've been stored/handled poorly. Have a gap on literally every single panel I have to fill in. Would have been so much easier if they were square......

So rude!!!!! Steer clear, made an order of 40 odd pounds never received the items and still waiting for refund months afterwards. Staff have zero customer service knowledge but think they know it all. And always have to have the last word ROBBING GITS

I have to give these guys 10/10 for customer serviceOne of the rolls of wallpaper I received had a print fault, my email was dealt with immediately, a replacement roll was sourced and posted out within a couple of days! Great service from Jack! oh and fabulous wallpaper!
