They displayed price £3.75 and charged me £5.25 by saying that it's not the same product and they can't give me in that price. When I showed them the displayed price, staff told me that it's not the same product and it's their fault. Later, they changed the price to £7.

Absolutely awful shop was the first time and last shopping at Holland and Barrett. Was followed around the shop saying three for two offer ends today. I went in a few days later to pick up online order. Same again and was asked to look around the store whilst they got my order. Didn?t go at first just watched me before went to get order. The online ordering service is bad too says collect in store today, once order placed and paid for got email saying delayed. I waited two days didn?t receive notification to say there had to phone. They hadn?t sent the notification to say in shop!Looking at previous reviews this has always been the issue in that store and they say will pass on feedback. I certainly won?t be using this shop again will use boots.

Really friendly customer service and staff who actually help with your personal issues rather than just fobbing you off with basic products.Didn?t get the young girls name, but the girl with the piercing spent loads of time actually asking me questions about my life, activity level, eating habits etc to pick the best weight loss products for me. I feel like this place has been robbed too many times. As soon as you enter they great you, which is fine. The rest of the time they follow you around like your going to steal stuff, keeping an eye on you then ask for a points card. All I want to do is buy the stuff I came for and leave.

It is a pain to shop here because of the aggressive customer service and upselling. Even having earphones in is not enough to deter the shop assistants from offering help - if I want help, I'll ask! Then when you are at the till, the queue moves very slowly as all the people before you are taken through the (lengthy) upselling script. No, I don't want your card, yes I'm sure, no I don't want kombucha drinks, yes I'm sure.I'm sure the employees are just following orders and are lovely people, but this shop is over the top!

I honestly felt like I was being harassed in this shop. I am a nutritionist and was advising my friend who was with me and we were literally hounded by 3 members of staff in one go. One person even followed us around the shop. It wasn?t helpful, it was irritating. I understand that you?ve got to hit sales targets but if they hadn?t have been so pushy we maybe would have got the 2 for 1 offer.Also when asked ?do you have a points card? we replied ?no? the person behind the till almost insisted that we signed up. I felt like shouting ?Back Off?. Please train your staff properly.

I like Holland & Barrett Bolton and I know the staff are trained to push certain items when you get to the till but it's now over the top and very annoying. It's not just one or 2 things it's several and it really puts me off shopping in store.

Very bad manner staff and rude supervisor. I have bought the items I need and paid for it but when I was about to leave the shop I realized that they didn't add the rewards and the discount on the sale. So when I tried to ask they told me go to the back of the que and wait. I waited 10 minutes till it was my turn again and I have been told that I should go home and do it online and There is is nothing we can do here.No apology from the lady who called herself the supervisor, instead she showed me the way out. I am shocked for such a shop to let itself and the reputation down by such people.
