We rang the bell on the door as you do to get access inside. Almost closed the shutters on me and my kid. If you are closing up the mature thing to do is to show your face and tell us through the window. You don't start closing the shutters on us without any warning and almost hit me in the head. Just horrific and appaulling behaviour. I do not care if you have to walk less than a minute from behind the counter to the window just to tell me you are closing up. That's the bloody least you can do if your going to suddenly close the shutters on us. I felt it was my duty to tell you where you went wrong so that you take accountability for your actions.

I needed to order some travel vaccinations short notice. Afeef was so helpful and gave great guidance on the choices of vaccines I needed for where I was going. He ordered them in and accommodated my needs. Thanks Afeef. :)

Howard's pharmacy staff were very helpful when i was having problems with my prescription eventhough it isn't my usual pharmacy but they did what they could and eventually resolved the issue i was having.

Howards pharmacy is one of the best pharmacy in Bolton. Extremely helpful staff, they've helped me out with my meds through these tough couple of years due to the pandemic and have delivered great medical advise whenever I needed it. 10/10

This is by far the worst chemist I've ever used. The staff are compulsive liars, they are lazy, incompetent and extremely unprofessional.I've been told since before the new year that my medication would be delivered 'today', but come the 3rd of January, still no medication received. Putting in a complaint doesn't have any effect as the management are just as bad as the other workers. I've decided to record my calls with them in future and will take legal action against them should they continue to practice their negligence, dishonesty and unprofessionalism. If I could afford to use a different chemist I would but unfortunately my circumstances are such that using this farce of a business is a necessity. Sad times when health care is treated as an option by those who are supposed to consider the health and well being of their customers a priority.
