Absolutely ridiculous this place, every time i go in the bank to do anything theres no one serving, deposit machine not working stood in the queue for 15 minutes no one serving, need to deposit money in my bank but cant so will have to stay overdrawn, thanks Lloyds ?

Called in sat,to withdraw a sum of cash,told system down,could not give me any cash.Very little help, very offhand,felt like she could not be bothered.Told nothing she could do.Went to Walkden branch very helpfull,got cash within 5mins even though system still down.
