We had a phone call from an arrogant salesman from Bolton Branch saying he has to cancel our appointment because we have not able to keep up previous appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and we did let them know. This company heavily advertised and promote their offers on social medial but not even had an appointment as yet and their attitude is awful so if I had ordered their kitchen what would their after sales service would is unimaginable. I?m glad did not buy their Kitchen. The guy says to me it cost him 4 hours work for not turning up for the appointment disgusting!!!

I went today to buy a kitchen, absolutely disgusted at the treatment I recieved. Don't waste your time, I was judged based on my skin colour and wasn't even served. Two old Caucasian men staring me up and down like I'm an animal just because I'm a different race. I asked for a quote and he said it's too expensive without asking me my budget. Honesty I'm utterly appalled at the treatment I recieved it's 2024 ffs!!

Bert was great when we ordered our kitchen last year. Very patient with our enquiries and any changes. He had very good suggestions for the small space available.We had a couple of issues with delivered stock that were not as ordered, but Bert found them in stock, or elsewhere for us very quickly, so as not to delay installation.We're so pleased with our kitchen. Would recommend to anyone

Dave Hunter from the Bolton branch designed our kitchen for us. He drew up the plans really quick and offered a remote service due to the pandemic to avoid delays and this was helpful for us. We told him our budget and he wasn't pushy which we liked. We stayed within budget and had a number of options to choose from. Dave made some really helpful suggestions along the way and we have ended up with a really good quality kitchen which we are very happy with. Due to the pandemic, our fitters (external company) asked to change the delivery date on short notice and this was accommodated easily by Dave and the team. After delivery, we found that one or two small fittings were missing and the Magnet team at Bolton had it available for us on the same day. We highly recommend Magnet Kitchens Bolton to anyone!!

Bad customer service in any business when trying to purchase something, Magnet kitchens you need to review the sales people/ process you employ, I went to your Bolton showroom in Spa road on the04 05 21and was met by the most aggressive, condensing, arrogant sales person, I would not want anyone else to endure his onslaught, he constantly and consistently that he couldn't help us unless we left a deposit, and all of this was before he even knew what we were asking , all we wanted to do was to book an appointment to have a kitchen planned....... I am really upset that I have to leave a 1 star review, your company / employee does not deserve such a high number, zero is to good for your employee today, I would like someone from your company to reply to me . Thank
