Very bad customers service I went in to the store and I ask them for help I ask him I can not log in to my app he said that we can not do anything for that this is second time the store should closed down they just rip people off for getting deal then they can not help customer. 02 has been messed up since 15 yearsI should move on to Vodafone there customers service is 100% they can sort any problems faster than 02 they have disappointed me will cancel contract with them and will recommend to family and friends about this service

Came in yesterday to buy AIRPODS was met by a rude lady called Jane. Was astonished at the poor customer service as I had been met before by others and never had a problem. She?s a moody cow!!!

Terrible customer service, I was told to could pick up an Esim from the store by phone support. When I got there I was told they changed the system so had to travel to another store. Customer services rang me later and apologised and said I should?ve never been told that, and pick-up is 100s% possible, the store later confirmed this

Went in for an upgrade. Very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. They did not have the phone in the colour I wanted but had it sent to the store for the next day. I have also got my son a phone on contract with them, and they were really good with the amount of information they gave me for the tariff ect. Very welcoming from the moment you walk in. This is an easy 5***** review. The team at the O2 Bolton are a credit to the company.

Customer service very poor.Staff don't know products or deals well.Just want a deal and want you to be out of the shop ASAP.Sold me an upgrade with very misleading info - took me hours to sort out myself in my own time.Sold me incorrect headphones even though they told me it was guaranteed to work with my phone.Had that many issues I can't even be bothered returning my headphones as its just one problem after another with the Bolton branch so will cut my losses and go to a different branch next time... If I decide to stay with 02Never had such a bad experience in my many years of being an 02 customer until now.

Very quick and friendly service. Went to swap my sim. They did it for free of charge. I was waiting outside the store until they open. Shutters opened sharp 9.00 a.m.
