That's the best bank in the UK but in this branch there are several unfriendly costomer services and financial members , they should treat the client better or need to be changed with the right people. Every time I came here they made financial problems for me , therefore I contacted to Edinburgh to solve my problems. Look at to the ratings and reviews it's too low for a great bank !! Hopefully it would be better to satisfy the clients. People need to rely here not run away and use another branch.

Shockingly long queues and we were waiting for 20 minutes and did not move once. Poor accessibility for my disabled daughter in a wheelchair as the queue started at the steps.Left the queue and took my business elsewhere.

No customer service - it's not as friendly as it used to be; banked here for over 20 years and it is more like a prison visit than a bank.No customer service............ You are supposed to be working with us, your customers!!

Long queues, not enough cashiers on. I have been in 3 times over the last 2 days just to pay in some money but I have had to leave each time after 10 minutes of waiting as I did not have any more time to spare. They keep telling me they are getting cash machines that you can pay into - when??? And don't you think you should have the latest technology already?? I need to pay a bill by 3 pm today - I have just one more opportunity to go in this afternoon and get it done otherwise my credit score gets f***ed.

Very pleasant cashier, however I waited almost 30minutes to be seen. There were only 2cashiers on, despite the length of the queue. Then, despite having banked at this branch for over 40 years was advised I couldn't transfer money from my account without additional photo ID!!! So will have to go through the same process again tomorrow. Not a happy customer!!!!!

Went in to close account, was told to sit down and someone would see to me asap. 35 mins later called to the counter to be told I would have to join the back of another long queue to get the balance of my account. There was an elderly couple sat there who had been waiting an hour. I had to leave as had another appointment so have still not closed the account. The only nice thing about visiting that bank is the lovely glass dome in the roof.
