For whatever reason none of my banking apps were scanning properly and I was unable to pay. Beth paid herself on her own card. It was extremely kind of her but I didn't leave the shop until I bank transferred the money back to her.

Asian older woman who works there has the rudest attitude ever. No manners at all. Only explained I?m a rep and wanted to count the stock on a shelf and she gave back attitude refusing me to be in the store as she ?doesn?t get anything from it? she was all me, me, me. She was even rude to one of the customers before me. I can see why the store has a 1 star review. Oh well I still got paid for ?completing? that store anyway. Miserable person.

Owners are ignorant the couple who own it are not by far nice. They are both Asian the owners and very much not welcoming.

Someone has already wrote about this, but got to admit the owners of this spar shop are totally ignorant, for shop owners they are miserable and have no manners . No hello or goodbye I certainly won?t be going back in that shop unless I need the post office ?

Horrible post office / shop staff , the woman is extremely rude , she as been rude on 2 occasions now & refused to let me pay £30 £ coins into my bank , she as a serious attitude problem and shuts the counter at 2 pm certain days ? horrid !!!!

Owners are disgusting! Only reason I stepped foot in here again is because parcel force delivered my parcel here. They do not understand basic manners nevermind customer service! Such a shame that the Blackrod post office ever closed down forcing people to have to use the spar shop. I cannot understand how they are still in business here and my question is why aren't the spar doing anything about this?!The response to email customer relations seems generic. The Blackrod shop is bringing such a bad name to the franchise. I would avoid at all costs

When I have visited this shop,mainly to use the Post Office services I have been greeted on most occasions with a sour faced ,unhappy looking female who i understand is the owner. Her husband is equally unwelcoming .One can only assume they dislike their roles as shopkeepers. From now on I will be using Aspull or Horwich Post Office counters as staff in both of these are quite the opposite and extremely helpful and welcoming.

Sorry but what an attitude the lady behind the post office area today.Went in with parcel and it wouldn?t scan, abruptly said ?Go and print a bigger label?So took it to Spar in Aspull, yes it wouldn?t scan, but they typed in the barcode number and the parcel was accepted.I have now decided never to use Blackrod branch again, this isn?t the first time of rudeness, but everyone could have a bad day.Please don?t reply with the customer services email as I won?t reply.Get the problem sorted.Remember who pays your wages!!Looking at the other reviews, it appears it is not me who as the problem.

Likely one of the worst shops /post office you can visit. The lady behind the counter goes out of her way to be unhelpful. She treats customers with disdain for interrupting her trashy magazine. Have been there multiple times (unfortunately) to try to post things and it is painful. Not just "computer says no" but the lazy lady says no.
