Worst service. Stood around, not even busy and when my 11yr old was asking the staff if they had football boots in, they were sighing and abrupt. Like they really didn't wanna be there. Its like this every time we go in! Does the job interview say you must not want to help customers?! ?

Messy shop most of the mens coats and jackets where all unziped ! hung with the hood or on the floor i picked up a few to see what sizes they where but sosome had dust on them and some had foot prints on so some one had stood on them !

It's cheap and all which is good for the financial crisis going round nowadays, but I've got very expensive taste for very luxurious quality of clothing. So it's not that good to me, I prefer jdsports due to better quality clothing and trainers despite it being a bit more costly. In my opinion, sports direct is good when you don't have much money but need some good quality sportswear for the price your able to afford

Absolutely shocking service online and in store no help whatsoever DO NOT ORDER FOR CLICK AND COLLECT !!!!!! They can?t even check your order and also I am still waiting on an order from 7 days ago they are mis advertising how there online system works so if you are going to shop with them I would go in store ?

Called in to get my son some football boots and found a pair we liked, took them to the till and the price on the box wasn?t the price they charged me at the till, they was unwilling to abide by the price on the box. Very disappointed

Absolutely disappointed with this store, i bought leggings and went to return them a day after, they refused to exchange these and said its they didn't come ripped from the manufacturers, i had the receipt and the tags and they still refused, shocking services from the staff, please check your items before you purchase as they will not exchange, I'm not the one to leave a bad rating but this really wound me up, and then on top of that she just walked of while i was still talking to her, customer service is rubbish, never step foot in there again, be warned of there scams, i wouldn't even put 1 star but had no choice to leave a review.

Awful today. I am aware that the store was closing in 10 minutes but the girl wasn?t letting me go through the clothing rail. Every time I moved to a different side of the rail she would follow me blocking the way. The moment it hit closing time she told me to get out just as if she was waiting to tell me that. I understand that the store was closing but it?s ridiculous when there were more people in the store looking around. I found it very rude and uncomfortable.
