Called in this morning for some help with my new phone but they were very busy and was advised I should have made an appointment! But I wasn?t turned away a young trainee was asked to try to help me - well he was amazing, sorted my problems out no problem so a huge thank you from me to the store manager and their young trainee

I purchased a mobile data contract 15/9 2:30pm and was informed there was a 14 day cooling off period I could cancel the contract. Unfortunately it was not good enough for my needs and I decided to take it back, due to being on holiday I couldn't return it until 29/9 12:30, I was told by the salesman I was out of the termination time I made him aware I wasn't and asked to speak to the manager who told me exactly the same I was out of the 14 day period, I made her aware I wasn't and she said even if she wanted to cancel the contract she couldn't as the system wouldn't let her, we had a exchange of words and with her arrogance I was starting to feel very harassed and walked out of the shop thinking I couldn't believe what had just happened.I went to another 3 store and told them then it was not good enough for my needs, who then proceeded to cancel the contract without any hassle as it was still in the 14 day cooling off period.Thinking about what the Bolton manager said she had blatantly lied to me saying she couldn't cancel the contract.If I could mark the Bolton manager a minus score I would of done, her customer service was awful and arrogant.

Two month they took out more money in my debit card about my bill than is usual. When I chatted with chat assistant, no one can fix my condition.They clearly stole my money. When I told them I needed my bill payment, they told me we would send it to you after 48 hours ,but after one week I'venever got any email.

Thank you so much for excellent customer service, we had issues getting the broadband hub we wanted but thanks to Danielle (Assistant manager) (I think that was her name) she went above and beyond to help us and deserves recognition for this, very knowledgeable, friendly and polite, also thank you to Jodie, the manager who made sure we got seen to as quickly as possibleThank you again

Absolutely terrible service. I have co tract with Three when i found out that fraudulently someone had used my details to take out another 2 contracts in my name.Told the store assistant who clearly didn't understand the severity of the situation and tried to push me off to customer service hotline (which id already called) when explained that to him he then accused it of being my fault my identity was stolen. Truly worst service iv ever experienced in my 13 years with three. Then visited the Manchester store who were infinitely more helpful and knew what they were doingSafe to say i will not be returning to the Bolton store nor will i be renewing my contract with Three after 13 years. Disgraceful

Bit disappointed when I went in that I couldn't update any of my details or even change my billing date. Told me to ring up instead.
