I used to be wary of OEM toner and ink. Not any more. The quality is excellent and the service absolutely first-rate. Some years ago, I took in original cartridges that weren't working, and they even sorted those out. Sometimes my printers don't behave, and they sort those out too. Surely their hearts must sink when I turn up - here comes trouble! - but they are friendly, helpful and totally professional. Thank you, guys!

I was asked by an older friend if I could look at her broken Printer. I failed but Ink and Toner World invited her to bring it in. They fixed it and she's delighted. The faulty cartridge was theirs, so NO CHARGE.

Stephen has the patience of a saint, he just opened the store and spent an hour sorting out my problem with the printer. I think I would have given up and thrown the printer in the bin but he persevered and sorted out the problem. I only came in for ink but it was the printer that was the issue which he resolved. I order online from a different supplier and they sent the wrong toner, it was Friday afternoon and I needed toner quickly found this shop few miles from me they had my toner in stock and cheaper than the online store I had used.From now on I will use ink & toner world

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful and offer so many services. Aswell as ink/toner supplies they also supply paper and a whole host of other office needs, large or small. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
