The food here amazing service was brilliant . Only hiccup was they dont ware gloves which im usually not too fussed , just this time one of the staff had a sore hand with a cast on and used this hand to pickup my salad . Again food is amazing please could staff start to use gloves

I work within the Bramhall area and occasionally treat myself and my colleagues to a lunch. Today I went down to Sandwich Heaven and was greeted by a very rude female worker. She refused to take a breakfast order before 12- the menu stipulates that these items can be ordered anytime before 12:30. Upon leaving, she accepted another customers breakfast order...Her tone was very unwelcoming and she questioned me about the lack of catering at my work place. She seemed like she did not want my business and that I was an inconvenience within the store. I was actually ordering 5 different meals for my colleagues.I will not be returning or recommending!

Iv been using sandwich heaven for over 10 years back to when I was in school. Over the years I have noticed a decline. Food used to be fresh and tasty now it?s bland and over priced. I popped in for a club sandwich and a panini for my partner. The club sandwich was disappointing with all the fillings being freezing cold cheap mayo and fatty cold bacon. Panini was average I asked for it be well toasted as last time we went everything was cold in the middle of the sandwich now it?s just burnt. £18 for two sandwich and bag of crisps and drink. Won?t be returning as can see they don?t care about quality only profit. One lady who works there is also extremely rude and everything seems a task. Not welcoming at all and food very average.

Had an amazing buffet today for our Christmas party at always active, having several different buffets during December, it stood out miles and was amazing!
