Says open till 6 yet came at 4.45 to be stood about for 15 minutes with no staff yet food still out. To be told they close it down at 5 as takes over an hout and half to close down , they have a bad attitude towards customers. Won't be returning.

Five stars for the brilliant staff for being so welcoming and happy to help at the asda opticians. They are very kind towards children.Apart from one sad lady who likes to make comments on customers' looks. Not nice.

Where do I start? No staff on the tills when we arrived, when they did arrive they appeared not to really care, bad attitude. Food ordered, brought incomplete order to the unclean table. Then get told there's no knives available, had to eat food cutting with fork and a plastic spoon. Food was decent for the price, but it seems the service is cheap if at all.

Poor quality service, dirty cups.Tea and coffee making facilities dirty and machines always empty when we visited.Delays always inevitable so stopped visiting.

I was recommended to try asda for frames after having my test elsewhere and being quoted around £200 for 1 pair, So I was pleasantly surprised to be quoted £130 for 2 pair. Brilliant....until collectionThe lady just handed them to me , no adjustment to suit my faceHad to go home and adjust them myself using a hairdryer .They look nice but feel really flimsyand plasticy. Wouldn't go again

Professional and friendly service, good range of fashionable glasses at a fixed price all in no extras like Specsavers try to add. Nice to see that they are still observing COVID safety rules made me feel safer.

Didn?t treat my sister very nice Wrong prescription bad distortion in the lens ( 2 for £120 you get what you pay for, in this case you don?t even get that) and rude unhelpful manageress

Just wanted a few takeaway items. No steak slices so we had a toastie and a Chicken & stuffing baguette with a couple of sausage rolls. Bread on the toastie seemed dry/stale at the edges. The Baguette was far too crusty to enjoy and the sausage rolls were cold.

I had a lovely birthday breakfast with my dad. Caramel latte was bob on. However I do think the kitchen staff hats need to be replaced with a hair net. Just so they look silly.

I bought two pairs of varifocals from Asda, could not see through either of them. Spent £180.00. I was given a card to read and one pair I could see the two largest texts and the other pair three largest texts. I could not see the rest of the texts on the card. I told the assistant I could not see through the glasses normally and I could not read most of the texts either. She went away and brought another lady who suggested that my eyes would adjust after wearing for a few days. I was told try them or have a refund now. I was considering trying them as I really needed the glasses, I am blind in one eye and my regular glasses had broken. I had already waited over three weeks after ordering. Just to be sure I asked if my eyes didn't adjust as she suggested they would, could I have a refund if I brought them back, she said no. I left the glasses with them and took the refund. I then went to Boots the opticians, the glasses are more expensive, but definitely hugely better quality, waited 10 days for my glasses and hey presto absolutely perfect vision. Moral of the story is, if you really need good vision, go see the professionals not Asda Pilsworth with their take it or leave it attitude.

Had a great first impression when dealing with this opticians a few weeks ago, which is a shame as I now would never return!!!My sunglasses I ordered arrived and I collected them with no issues. The next day when I came to wear them I noticed flakes of colour my finger. After closer inspection, the paint on the arm was patchy and flaking off. I called in a few days later and explained. They said they would send them off. I was concerned that maybe it was an issue with that frame and the glasses wouldn't last so asked could I pick a different frame. I was told I would have to speak to the manager. I made an appointment but rang up to change it as I couldn't make it. After leaving message no one got back to me. I called in today after shopping and spoke to a lady named Michelle. She advised she could send them back or give me a refund. So I asked could I pick a different frame. She said no. I said I was confused as if i could have a refund why could I not pick another pair. Her reply shocked me. She said it wouldn't be ethical to sell me another pair. If I wasn't happy with their products then she wouldn't sell me another pair. Shocked and disgusted I just asked for a refund and left. Never in my life have I been refused a purchase. Let alone because of taking a faulty product back.

I've bought several pairs of glasses from here. Always been happy with the service and quality. Just bought my 2nd (and 3rd) pair of varifocals and really struck by how well made, comfortable and smart they feel. Superb value.

Very focused on the test and not just on selling new glasses, refreshingly honest approach. Thank you
