“You need £5'000 first and then a good credit file. For a £10,000 kitchen, you need deposit for £1,000, £2,700 to get your kitchen turned into a blanc canvas (plastered etc), upto a £1,000 for the floor and wall tiles, and finally a sink which might cost upto £500.00. You DO NOT get told this on the first instance. I hope this really has helped anyone.”
