Medicines never delivered on time and if you are not home they never contact you to tell you they came. I will be changing to Strachan much better service !

This place is so dirty, there is dust over all products at the front of the pharmacy, it's so bad that you can see where items have been moved and theres a white ring where it was placed. I just would expect a pharmacy to be clean.

Excellent place for all you're Healthcare Needs. More reliable than Strachan's where I always had problems with my medication even though I called in every 2 weeks for them for years. Bury Healthcare Staff are friendly & Informative with any queries you may have. I asked for them to be delivered last time which they did. They also delivered in minutes on the last occasion some meds I desperately needed even when their driver wasn't in & I was unable to get to their pharmacy. Wishing them all the Best in the New Year. You will be Crazy Not using this Pharmacy even though the odd mistake does happen.

This place needs to be closed down. They sent my mum the wrong medication for somebody else which was diabetic tablets which my mum does not suffer from.they are putting people's life at risk. Keep away.got pictures to prove it.

So I moved to this pharmacy thinking that all would be great. How wrong was I.They see me without my medication sometimes 4 days I've been without.They don't deliver when they say they will they will blame the customer but luckily for me I record all my calls.I just feel so let down and have had to move pharmacy's.They also turn round and say to you we don't get paid to do blister packs well if that's the case why do you offer them. I am a cancer patient and have lung and heart disease it's just wrong I've now moved pharmacy's thank god!!

I have been using this chemist for around 5 or 6 yearI have never had any problems with any of the Staff or my MedicationThey are ....Very helpful, very polite and so so friendlyI WILL continue to use this ChemistThey have even took the time to ask how I am, and bits about my everyday life????

111 referred for emergency prescription and they refused to give me the medication I needed.!It was on as a repeat prescription anyway so shouldn?t have been a issue I had to leave empty handed and walk to another pharmacy and go through another half an hour phone call with 111 ...Ridiculous service
