An order was placed, paid for, then I went to collect it in Curry's, Bury.After an hours drive there, there was no trace of order on their tills.They'd cancelled the order without informing me. The reason they gave was because there was no stock of item in the company apart from display items, which showed on the system.I questioned why it was being advertised even on the shelves if there was no stock at all in the company.The staff member chuckled and said, "Well, it's for people to look at." I had an hour drive back to Manchester in horrendous traffic afterwards too. Not how I wanted to spend my Saturday!

I had an excellent experience at Curry?s Bury, the level of service I received by Niaz was exceptional, I really appreciate the time and effort he put in for me, he stayed in his own time and helped me out and for that I am greatly appreciative. Thank you Niaz!

My washing machine broke so I went in to speak to a member of staff (Hamish I think he was called). He respected my situation and called customer services who organised a time and date to send an engineer. He was really helpful and resolved my immediate issue.

I recently changed my phone to the ID network and used the Carphone Warehouse situated in Currys store in Bury.The customer service experience was first class and we were talked through every aspect of the purchase process.We received an amazing two year deal which we were happy to commit too.Thank you Niaz and the team.5 Stars ?????

Tried to return a phone around 4pm and was told the only person who could help was on a break, I should wait at the desk. I asked how long, they said 20 minutes. No manager to speak to, terrible

Mediocre experience I'm afraid. Went in to look at the latest TV's and cookers. Very bland cooker range and not very well presented. The TV range was very difficult to fathom. Not one TV had any specifications to look at and it was very difficult to see what brand of TV I was looking at. When I talk about specifications I mean on a card or label on or at the side of the TV, these were none existent ?. I've noticed the specifications are being shown on the TV's but that is no use to me when it goes off mid read, plus most if the TV's were switched off ?. I actually enjoy mooching around Currys but sadly not today.

Shocking currys in bury not a single staff member said hello nobody approached to help us . In the end just walked out will buy TV elsewhere . very poor

Not a great experience. Wanted to buy two Google Watches. Asked a staff member if my wife could try one on her wrist (the watch was in a security clasp) He said quite rudely 'No'. Walked out immediately and bought both watches elsewhere. That's a £700 sale they lost for a lack of basic customer service.

Recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro from the Bury Store, Plenty of Free Parking, Plenty of Disabled parking spaces, Polite and friendly staff, Excellent customer service and great product knowledge from the staff member and even though a free gift offer had expired the staff member gave me a Samsung Trio 3 in 1 Charger(Buds, Phone, Smartwatch) worth £100.5? Service, Excellent customer service ?

So went in 30min before closing, (Saturday 16th September), 10min before closing they turned of 90% of the lights without warning, and they shouted, saying "us staff are going home and we want to get home tonight. Please make your way out"... My advice, sack them, as they clearly have no regard for customer service or safety. I won't be visiting this branch again.
