Can't speak too highly about the service provided by the proprietor, Mark. Nothing was too much trouble for him in hunting down the precise products we wanted and arranging installation. This was managed by Ben of DB engineering H2O and went smoothly and in the promised timescale, with friendly and competent tradesmen. An after installation problem was resolved promptly. Delighted with the end result.

Had a disabled wet room from these who came back approx 10 + times to rectify faults.The measurements were incorrect even though they were given the specs.Had leak in our kitchen ceiling.We are in smalls claims court to resolve our issues.Their fitter has left positive feedback for themselves on some reviews which is a conflict of interest.I am sure they do have some very good fitters.We personally had a bad experience.

Can't fault H2O Bathroom Studio in Bury. Mark and his staff are super efficient and will go the extra mile. My family have used H2O for nearly 15 years for and have always received quality and a fair price. Keep up the good work guys!!

I had my three bathrooms designed and fitted by the team at H2O and they are stunning, the quality of fittings is lovely , the workmanship second to none and the service received was simply excellent. If you are looking for top class bathrooms I highly recommend H2O Mark and his team will not disappoint.

Had whole new bathroom from this company.Really friendly customer service from Steven throughout. Was helpful in solving issues as they arose and good communication throughout.Competitive cost overall.Mario and Tomasz were the fitters. Cannot fault the quality of craftsmanship and efficiency of their working. They were tidy whilst working and consulted me on decisions as we went along to make sure I was getting what I wanted.4* because they pushed back the start date a couple of times and sometimes it was difficult to arrange a day the fitter could come - at times giving short notice, which made it difficult when working full time to arrange someone to be in the house.However, I love the finished result, and would recommend overall.

This review is a while after the job... So there's an irony in this.If you come across h20.... By all means use them, but DO NOT PAY UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE JOB....COMPLETELY.They installed a bathroom for us costing over 8k and we're required to install a ceiling in 2nd bathroom. The panels are still on my staircase.They didn't come to complete the inside of the cupboard in the main bathroom despite multiple reminders and requests. As you can see... Still looks a mess. A real shame when rest of room looks great.Was during restrictions so we showed lots of patience, that didn't pay off.David was very helpful getting us into the sale, and through much of the job being done.... But dropped us like a stone after that.The irony? I eventually got round to doing this review.Again, use them by all means but don't pay until the job is done entirely.

H 2 0 Bathroom Studio is a really poor company.We paid for supply and fit of 3 bathrooms.We had huge problems with the fitting aspect of the works. In particular we had issues with the quality of and technical ability of the team and the under floor heating.We pursued legal advice to try and resolve the issues.There are other reviews regarding the quality of work which clearly shows this is a systemic issue and not unique to our job.There are appears to be a conflict of interest (Ben Hallows) has left a 5 star review on H 2 0 Bathroom Studio however he owns the fitting company.I would avoid at all costs.
