Carpet and underlay are excellent and looks lovely. Fitted this afternoon in the porch, hall, stairs & landing. Negative points. When measured, I asked for a runner & the fitter noted it. We didn't get one. Also, after today's fitters left we noticed they had caused minor damage to the skirting board. I told the company when I phoned to pay the balance. His response, SORRY! Thoughts on the Customer Service response from their office?

Used Lakeland carpets once again, the last carpets we had we got from them, we have used Clive the owner for over 30 years and you will be doing extremely well if you find a better service, quality of workmanship and value for money than you get from Lakeland.Excellent in every way.

Lakeland carpeted all our upstairs rooms. We were delighted with the quality of the carpets and the workmanship. The fitters were very accommodating and worked very efficiently and the joiner ensured all our doors were planed down ready the day before each carpet was fitted. Excellent service and very responsive team.

This is a good place to shop for flooring, carpets and beds, polite and professional staff, prices competitive.We had new laminate flooring fitted to the kitchen on the 14th June 2022,Gary turned up on time and did a professional job,definitely would recommend this company.
