I wanted to withdraw larger than allowed daily sum amount of money from my account. I had to see three people and was questioned and they made me feel like I was trying to take someone else’s money. The cashier was in training and went to her supervisor for help sereval times which I understand but as a result I spent over 45 minutes in the branch for simple money withdrawal. The supervisor spoke down to me which I don’t appreciate. I have been with Lloyds for many years and have never been treated this way in any branch.

Good service. 3 external ATM's with 1 lower for disabled people which is good.
