“I’ve used Moorgate in the past and when I need a new bathroom - they were the only company I contacted.Chris came over and planned the bathroom and small utility room for me.I decided on Symphony Valencia range because of their quality and finish.Tom the fitter/plumber - what can I say - he’s pleasant, polite and very trustworthy. His work is of an exceptional high standard. The apartment was always left neat and tidy each night and the communal areas were always tidy.Tom arranged for the bathroom to be tiled and they did an excellent job. He also had an electrican to come wire the jacuzzi bath. I’m so pleased with the finished project.Tom and Chris are assets to Moorgate - and I can’t thank Moorgate enough for another wonderful bathroom.When I come to change the kitchen - there’s only one company I will use - Moorgate (even though I don’t live in Bury anymore).”

“Brilliant company to deal with both on the phone and e-mail. So helpful and knowledgeable. Now bought several orthosoft mattresses for us, my daughters and step daughters. Recommend 100%. Ordered on Wednesday evening and delivered by 10am Friday morning. Helpful delivery men as well. Wish all companies were like this to deal with.”

“A special mention to Jan from the catering team at the restaurant. Jan was so lovely and friendly to my husband and I. I mentioned to her that the free wifi at the hotel wasn't working and she went over and beyond to try and get it sorted for me. Even followed up to check it was sorted. She also works so hard I saw her working away and trying her best with it being quite busy in the restaurant.I gave the rating a 4 because we found many hairs in our bed when we checked in. The bed was made but it was dirty. However we arrived in the evening and felt too guilty to find someone to change our sheets. Wasn't a nice feeling. Regardless overall it was a lovely stay.”

“I use this Travelodge frequently as it is in a convenient location on the edge of Bury and the rooms are always clean and well prepared. Checked in by Rachel who was excellent and very helpful. There is pub and restaurant next door and a retail park opposite which is all very useful”
