Excellent service. Greeted at the door by Hussan who juggled about 5 or 6 people as well as me finally dealt with by Deb who sorted all my problems instantly. Both members of staff are a credit to the company Well done all .

Went in yesterday to enquire about mortgages. Spoke to Mr Bhatti. He was brilliant gave me some great advice. Put my mind at ease. Spoke to me as a valued customer and listened to my needs. look after this employee. He's a superstar gave me his email/business card for any further questions or to book in to purchase a mortgage.Been a customer for 9 years and never had a bad experience here.

I was in the bury branch Today, I Was Welcomed by a chap who works at bury branch called jay very warm welcome and happy to help, whilst I was waiting I noticed a elderly women walk in panicking regarding her banking jay was happy to help he assured her everything will be alright and 10mins later she walked out smiling. he definitely is a credit to the NatWest group and nice to see individuals like him go above and beyond.

Absolutely ridiculous waiting times ! Half an hour waiting while staff are wondering around having a good ole natter ! Customers walking out due to wait times!

Asked the lady which queue I should be in as people were everywhere. She told me I had to wait as there was a queue.. when eventually asked what I was there for was told there was a further minimum 25 min wait when there were maybe 12 customers max total and at least 4 staff. Half of those customers were also using the machines so didn't even need the desk.

Well I work mon to friday and struggle to get out of work to get to bank so saturday morning went to bury branch to draw some money out to buy a car in cashGuess what they said dont do cash on a Saturday am I hearing this correctIt's like pizza hut not selling pizzas onsaturday

Nat west are killing birds left right and centre. They will not listen. The fire brigade have been to many banks to rescue, or try, to save trapped birds, birds in distress and birds dying. The stsff are rude when told this. Please ask your Nat West Bank what they are doing about it!! The business will go down as most people appreciate wildlife

Today 20th Novemer I waited in the rain from 11.25 until 12.00 to enter the bank. Once inside I was the only person using the self service machines. Why didn't someone from the bank come outside and speak with the people in the queue to see who didn't need face to face contact and allow them into the bank to use the machines. A notice at the entrance stated the bank were running reduced hours 10am - 3pm to protect staff and customers. Asking a 69 year old in poor health to queue in the rain for over 30 mins is not protecting customers!

Given the times we are in at the moment the waiting times to get into the branch is ridiculous. My mum has waited 45 mins this morning in the queue trying to pay some cheques in. This isn?t the first time the queues are huge at NatWest in Bury. My mum is nearly 80 and shouldn?t be left hanging around outside for this amount of time. Surely there could be someone walking up and down the queue to see what people are wanting in the bank to help speed up the queue or maybe put some more staff behind the counter. As a former employee it?s embarrassing to see the size of the queues on a daily basis no matter what time of day you go. Please sort something out.

Couldn't help but feel that there was some personal prejudice against me during a face to face appointment. I was wearing my mask and pulled down to speak and stop my glasses steaming up, rudely told to by the lady behind the screen (who herself wasn't wearing a mask) to pull it up. The remainder of the consult was extremely rude.I won't be going back there again.

Every time I go in to this branch: at least 2 of the 4 express banking ATMs are broken. This always leaves a massive queue for the remaining ATMs, and a massive queue for the 2 cashiers. It's a joke. This branch is an absolute embarrassment to the Natwest name. Went in to pay in a cheque: took 45 minutes. The manager of this branch needs to be replaced.

Nearly a 50 minute wait for a 2 minute transaction with only 2 cashier's open (one of which was seeing the the same clients for 40 mins) so only 1 in used. There were elderly and disabled clients have to stand for this duration with option to take a seat / places held in the queue.
