Not happy at all with this store I placed a order for the new Samsung watch for pick up same day we was in bury so thought we'd nip to see if they could process the order a bit earlier to get told no there's none in stock to then get home and have a email to say my item is ready to collect? So how can I collect something that wasn't in stock? Can't get through on the phones either have tried about 40 times it's a joke staff seem to not want to deal with you and fob you off!! Would of been 0 stars but not option for that

Having had a total nightmare trying to sort out an issue with my new phone via the o2 app and call centre which appeared to be India I called into Bury where a pleasant young man Ben sorted the problem in minutes . Full marks to him - zero marks to o2 for the totally useless ? live chat? via the app

Really annoyed. My phone hasn't been working since yesterday went in and they refused to give me a new SIM card claiming they need my passport number to get a new one or a driving licence.I have neither of these so I've now no phone until o2 can get a sim card threw the post.Will be going into another store tomorrow

Absolutely terrible trying too cancel your contract is basically a crime to them?paid device off and airtime plan and they still have the audacity to say I owe them more money?joke of a company!!! Glad I?m free of them if I?m honest!!!

I needed help but the staff were not very helpful at all. Kept telling me to ring the phone number I had rung twice from home and had been cut off after I had given my name!! I have been charged for two months for an 02 sym I do not have!!?

Quick n helpful when selling you a phone or contract ..terrible when it comes to help set up phone or asking for help bad attitude from staff who fob you off n are unhelpful this will be my last contact with 02 after this one ends

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had to ring O2 customer care service as the staff in the store showed no interest in resolving the issue claiming they can't do anything. Well, what is the point then to open an O2 store if everything can be resolved by calling the customer care service?Alisha was nice, young and tried to help.O2 needs to understand there are many fishes in the ocean and I mean EE and other mobile phone providers would be happy to snatch their customer if they have this careless attitude and bad customer service in their O2 stores. Very shockingly disappointed.
