Fantastic service. Helped me get set up with a contract and had a nice chat with them while doing it. Any issues I've had, I've been able to resolve in the store. The manager made me feel really welcome when we came in

Not happpy. First time had to go home and try and resolve the problem ( which I did) as don't have internet in the shop.
After that my phone then was saying not enough storage and to delete some apps ect ect, so did that and at this point my phone was showing duplicate home videos so I thought I could delete one and keep the other. Ho no it deleted the both of them getting rid of videos I didn't want to. Why in the first place was it coming up duplicate didn't get a proper answer in store and that there was no way of getting them back. The young lad did something in store to get more storage on my phone. Since then I have lostmy Facebook account . think the picture quality is poor on camera and again tried several setting either blurry too bright or too dark. The smart ultra 6. Called in on Wednesday 7th June to update my phone. I am a real dummy with phones, but the young lady called Debbie was so kind and informative. She put my photo's and contacts on to the new phone and put my husbands sim card into the old phone. She even saw me in the Millgate later and asked if things were up and running. Debbie is a credit to Vodafone and i hope that when the time comes to update my phone again that Debbie will be there to deal with me and my problems. Thank you Debbie. You are a treasure.
