Very slow service most of the time there's only 1 on the desk with the que going out the doors. Was good for couple of months till they got new people.

Good to know that only two made up customers by the old management are here to bother to complain over nothing , it clearly shows that rest of the genuine customers are so happy with the new management ????????

Appears to be under new management, arrived late then service provided was poor. I won't be going back to this branch.

My package was missing. Rang Parcel Force they told me apparently I signed for parcel 5 seconds later the post office signed my parcel in. Two days later when parcel force asked to investigate and asked staff for cctv footage parcel showed up with it being open and taped in brown tape which coincidentally found in post office. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS POST OFFICE.

great service staff is very kind and always help me out when i need it its the second closest post office to me however i prefer coming here as they help me out a lot and the staff are very understanding even when i come just before closing time they still greet me with a smile and welcome me asking how i can help them

I used to go to this post office and had the same experience as everyone ie. money missing etc.I now use Oxford street post office where they know how to treat customers.Since going there I quickly realise the difference in customer service.

Con artists, count your money out to them if you must deposit cash here, otherwise go elsewhere. They will try to steal the cash and lie to you that it?s less than you thought.

Went in to today the guy at the counter helped me as I was struggling to put cash in and he showed me the right way to do it so I was extremely happy so am leaving him a review I didn?t know we can I read it bottom off my receipt many thanks guys keep it up

Absolute joke of a post office. I?ve had countless negative experiences with them. Some include them asking intrusive questions such as am I drug dealer when depositing money, bearing in mind small amounts. The staff are always rude and are always having arguments between themselves. They?ve miscounted my money multiple times and deposited less into my account than I had given them and make me return the next day to deposit the rest once they?ve counted the till at the end of the night and found I gave them to right amount and they miscounted. Another example was when I had given them a note to deposit into my account and he told it was fake, he continued to tear the note to prove his point but couldn?t point out any other flaws with the note. I had gotten the note from the bank and even took it back to them, which they confirmed to me it was genuine and real. Other occasions include when I?d be returning a parcel using a prepaid postage label and they would tell me the code had already been scanned and was invalid and I?d therefore have to purchase a new label. Moral of these stories, avoid this circus of a post office and take your business elsewhere

I've been in this post office quite a few times and have found the assistants very friendly. I called in today to return a parcel and discuss another parcel I'd sent previously and he was very helpful.

Atrocious. I have been assured by Royal Mail that a parcel that was to be collected on 25th January 2023 was actually at the post office waiting for me. According to the counter staff they cannot find out.and are not interested. The "Post Office is no longer the efficient organisation that they use to be .
