I called the pharmacy asking about my order that was redirected from Well online ordering system for me to collect but they told me they have no connection with the Well ordering system.\\nI thought it would be simple and easy to collect my repeat prescription order but not so.\\nIf this is the norm then the whole scheme of things needs a radical overall to improve things for the user going forward.

Such a friendly and helpful staff! Best pharmacy in the area-- the pharmacist was so kind and patient with my questions, even though they were a bit embarrassing. She was so wonderful. I will always come back. Thanks Well family!

Came back to this pharmacy a couple years later after moving out of the area, still the very best! I'd say the best in all of the North! It's so welcoming and warm. I wish all pharmacies could be like this one!
