Fantastic place to shop, really friendly team and supportive when I?ve needed things, always go out of their way to help me find things. Always get my shopping from Heald Green and fantastic community spirit. Loved to hear all about the fantastic work they are doing for mental health awareness week!

Best place in head green for groceries. Beats the tesco any day. Staff are friendly. Shelves are usually well stocked, only been in a few times where the meal deal section has been in short supply when I've gone in for a lunchtime buy.l but other than that it's class. Also got scared by a charity worker who was sat inside the door once and was quite loud. Was so spooked I ended up giving him my money I was gonna use for my meal deal.

Well organised products, staff are always courteous and respectful. Never any long queues because of 4 self service check outs.

For the most part a really great place, fully stocked and a helpful one way system. Could of used more queuing space as the customer behind was practically breathing down my neck.

Not a place to frequent often when tesco is next door and cheaper. Reductions are discounted by 30 pence when at tesco you get the same for 30 pence.

Understand they need to shut the store sometimes! I work in a supermarket myself. But please dont treat us like cattle stood outside with a "opening soon" sign with a smiley face! Just put a time on so we know!

My parents who are in their 80s went to their local Co-op supermarket on Finney Lane, Heald Green today for bread, milk, teacakes & crumpets- one of each. They also picked up one additional loaf of bread and bottle of milk for my aunt - (Mums sister ) who is vulnerable to the virus having recently attended the Christie for surgery. They were treated like thieves at the till by an obnoxious woman who accused them of taking more than they were entitled - apparently teacakes and crumpets are also classed as a loaf of bread. The woman showed them up in front of other people and confiscated these items. In addition she refused to allow them to buy the bread and milk for my Aunt.I AM FURIOUS!How dare she treat my parents that way who are understandably very very UPSET and were only trying to help a relative.Official complaint on its way to the Co-op ASAP.

What's important to me along with great products is the service that goes with it. Lady on the till very helpful and polite. Goes a long way with me does that . A quick microwave meal tonight but this is one of my favourites.
